Delivery Conditions

At Tabby Crafts it is not in our interest to keep customers hanging round waiting for their goods, and so we will make sure that all orders are handled and despatched ASAP where ever possible. Usually orders will be depatched same day as received as long as your order is received before 12.00pm. Orders received after 12pm will be posted the following day.

We are offering 2 forms of delivery at the moment, either normal 1st Class post which should be received within 1-2 working days or our Local Doorstep Delivery Service!

Please note that we alway pack all orders in the correct envelopes and packaging materials and will not be held responsible for damage to items, whilst in the Royal Mails care.  If your item arrives damaged, then you need to seek advise from Royal Mail about claiming for the cost of the damaged items.  Tabby Crafts will assist where we can with making a claim via Royal Mail.

Unfortunately, we do not ship Worldwide.

To qualify for the Local Doorstep Delivery Service you must live in either Hugglescote, Coalville, Whitwick, Ellistown, Ibstock, Ravenstone or Thringstone. If you are unsure if your address qualifies then please feel free to email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we can let you know.  Sometimes if addresses are border line of these areas, we will still include you, so check first before you place your order.

The best part about this offer is that it is completely free of charge!!!

To take advantage of this offer you must make sure that all orders are placed before 6pm to be delivered that very same evening. Orders placed after 6pm will be delivered the following evening. (Please note Local Home Deliveries can only be delivered after 6pm weekdays. We do not make delivers over the weekend at all.) If you wish to take advantage of this service, but want to change the delivery date to another evening, then please state this in the notes box during the check out procedure when placing your order or email us immediately after placing your order at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Please note also, that as this service is Free of Charge, we can not guarantee a time of delivery, only that it will be after 6pm.  Until all our orders are in for the day, we do not know what route we will be taking.   Please do not ask us to deliver between certian times as we can not guarantee this. If you know that you are only going to be in for a certain amount of time, the evening your delivery is due, it may be worth asking us to delivery on a different evening.

You also will have the option to pay for your order either online where we accept all major credit/debit cards and Paypal or cash on delivery the choice is yours!
