Just thought that we would list some few Frequently Asked Questions that might help you during your shopping trip with us to make it as stress free as possible.
Q1. I'm not sure what the delivery costs etc are?

Q2. I have just been asked for my card and personel details again, why is this after I have already entered them?
A2. As many of you may be aware, many credit/debit card providers are now taking extra precautions to stop all kinds of fraud. Therefore, when you place an order with us and go throught the checkout procedure to pay with your card, you may after you have put your card detials in our secure server, be transfered to either SecureCard Mastercard or Securecard Visa. We have no control over this and its is nothing to do at all with Tabby Crafts, but it is something that our Card Processor supports and it is for your own benefit as it stops people using your card online. If you have never been tranfered to Securecard before, you will be asked to register your card details with them, plus your name and address details too. They will then ask you for a password to protect your details. Once you have registered this once, whenever you pay again and are transferred to Securecard you will only ever be asked for your password.
Q3. What shall I do if my credit/debit card is declined at checkout?
A3. The card processor that we operate does not allow us to make payments through it unless they are made online. In other words we can not take payments over the phone. Therefore if your card is declined when you are going through the checkout process, please contact us ASAP and we can send you a link back to our checkout again so that you can enter different card details. Do not feel embarressed by this, as cards can be declined for many reasons, the wrong digits entered, etc. Please email us and let us know as when you place your order and not send a payment, the stock is reserved for you until payment is received.
Q4. I have entered the wrong address with my card details and the payment has been declined, what shall I do?
A4. Please note that if you are paying with a credit/debit card through our card processor, you will be asked for your address again. Your card will decline if you do not enter the correct address that your card is registered to. If this happens please contact us and we can arrange for a link to our checkout be sent to you again.
Q5. I can not access/remember my login details, what shall I do?
A5. If it is your username that you have forgotten, then there is a button that says "forgotten your Username?" near the login boxes on the left hand side of the screen, please press this. If it is you have forgotten your password, then there is a similar box that says "lost password?" also press that. As our website is very secure, staff at Tabby Crafts do not have access to your login information, so please use the buttons provided.
